What if the handbag I want is ‘Sold Out’?

Each one of our curated, preloved saris provides at most six yards of useable fabric, so we can only produce a very limited number of handbags in any given style.  In some cases, there may only be one produced.  This means that any 'Sold Out' items will typically not be restocked in that exact pattern or print.  

That said, if you really have your heart set on a specific pattern or print, reach out to us at  We save all of our unused fabrics and we may have just enough for one more handbag! 

Can I make changes to my order?  

Please contact as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our absolute best to accommodate any changes.  We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your change or cancellation request.  

What if my handbag has a slight imperfection?  

We obsess over each of our handbags and are committed to delivering a high-quality product.  Although we take the utmost care in selecting our fabrics, we use only preloved saris, which means in rare instances there may be slight variations or signs of wear.

We consider these ‘perfect imperfections’, but if you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us at and we will gladly accept a return.  

My order is a gift. Can I request a personalized message?

If you will like to add a gift message, just drop us a line at after placing your order and we will include a handwritten note with your personalized message.  

How is my credit card information saved?

We know that online security is important to you, and rest assured, it is just as important to us.  Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. and we use Shopify Payments to process all of our direct credit card orders.  Shopify Payments stores your payment details only as long as necessary to complete your transaction and does not share your credit information with merchants.  That means that we never see or have access to your credit card information.
