Shipping and Returns

Do you ship worldwide?

We are currently shipping to the United States only, but we are working hard to expand our shipping destinations.  To our Canadian and United Kingdom customers – please stay tuned as we will be adding shipping options for you shortly.  

How much does shipping cost?  

All US domestic orders receive free standard shipping via either UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Expedited shipping options are available and can be selected at checkout for an additional cost.

Please note that shipments to New York or New Jersey will also be subject to local sales taxes.

How long does shipping take?

Our free standard shipping option takes 1-5 business days within the United States from the shipment date.  We ship Monday to Friday and destinations within the Northeastern U.S. will receive items sooner based on proximity to our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number via email when your item ships with the option to sign up for text alerts for shipping updates.  

Shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays outside of our control.  As a result, we can only provide estimates and cannot guarantee delivery time frames.

What happens if my package is lost? 

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately at and we’ll do everything we can to help locate it.  We also recommend that you contact the shipping courier with your tracking details for assistance. 

Can I return my purchased item?  

We want you to love your handbag as much as we do, so if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept a return.    

We have a 14-day return policy from the date that you receive your item and all returns incur a $10 shipping and handling fee.  To start a return, please contact us at and we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

We will notify you once we receive the item and begin processing your return.  Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to the limited quantities of each handbag, we are unable to hold items for exchange.  If you want to order an item in a different style or print, simply place a new order in our online shop and contact us at to initiate a return on your existing order.
